Puzzles for the days and months the calendar sets aside for a cause, a people or a piece of history: Black History Month, Women's History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month and Pride Month, national days such as Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Juneteenth, Flag Day and Constitution Day, and the lighter ones such as Groundhog Day, Pi Day and April Fools' Day.

Only a few of these are federal holidays. Of the eleven days when federal offices close, four are here: Martin Luther King Day, Washington's Birthday, Juneteenth and Columbus Day. Flag Day and Constitution Day are set by law as national observances, but offices and banks stay open, and the heritage months are proclaimed by the president each year.

Every puzzle prints in three levels: easy hides 5 words in a 10 by 10 grid, reading only across and down; medium hides 15 in a 12 by 12 grid; hard hides up to 23 in a 15 by 15 grid. Each print is a fresh draw from the topic's word list, and every sheet comes with an answer key. The same puzzles play online, on your own or against a friend in real time.
