This Moses word search follows his life from the basket on the Nile to Mount Nebo: Pharaoh and the plagues, the burning bush, the Red Sea, manna in the wilderness and the stone tablets from Sinai.
Pharaoh had ordered every Hebrew baby boy drowned, so Moses' mother hid him for three months, then set him afloat among the bulrushes while his sister Miriam watched. Pharaoh's daughter found the basket and raised him in the palace. As a grown man he killed an Egyptian overseer, fled to Midian, married Zipporah and kept the flocks of her father Jethro for forty years before the voice from the burning bush sent him back.
Aaron spoke for him before Pharaoh. Nine plagues came and went, from the Nile turned to blood through frogs, locusts, hail and three days of darkness; the tenth, the death of the firstborn, is remembered every year at Passover. The Israelites crossed the Red Sea on dry ground, ate manna and quail, drank water from a rock, and received the commandments at Sinai. Moses led them forty years in the wilderness, saw the promised land from Mount Nebo, and died there at 120, leaving Joshua in command.
