Three of them are steps in a sequence rather than synonyms. A truce is a local and temporary stop, often to collect the wounded. An armistice is an agreement to stop fighting altogether, but it does not end the war: the one signed in 1918 left the First World War formally running until the treaties were signed months later. A treaty is what ends it.
Heartsease is the loveliest word on the list and it is also a flower. It is an old name for the wild pansy, used in English from the 1500s, and it carried both meanings at once: the plant, and the peace of mind that people hoped it would bring. Shakespeare uses the flower in A Midsummer Night's Dream under its other name, love-in-idleness.
